Audiovisual Equipment

A range of audiovisual equipment is available with staff assistance, if needed.

Equipment

Wireless Internet, projection screens, whiteboards, easels and lecterns are availalbe in all meeting areas.

The following equipment is available upon request:

• SVGA video/data projector*
• ELMO document projector*
• Kodak 35mm slide projector
• Overhead projector
• Color video projection monitor (for large screen presentations)
• VCR and DVD players
• 12-station computer lab*

*Indicates there is a rental fee on this equipment.

Sound System

Some rooms are equipped with an in-room sound systems, while portable sound systems are available for all other rooms. Lapel microphones and wireless microphones are also available.

Office Support Services

There is a conference coordinator's office with a computer, printer, and copier available for your convenience. Fax services are available at the main office. There are also computers at several locations around the center for guests to use for email or Internet purposes.
