Meeting Rooms

Kettunen Center offers 13 meeting rooms accommodating groups from 18 to 200. Room set-up options include theater, classroom, conference, board room, U-shaped, double-U, modified U and quilter formations. Most meeting areas are air-conditioned.

Wireless Internet is available throughout the center including in the main building, the Mawby Learning Center (Lakeview Room, Aspen Lodge and Birch Lodge) and Cedar Lodge. Projection screens, whiteboards, easels and lecterns can be set up in all meeting areas (no whiteboard in Ford A, however). Additional audiovisual equipment is available with staff assistance, if needed.

Continuous beverage service (including coffee, water, hot tea, cocoa and soft drink vending machines) are located on the lower levels of the Main Lodge and the Mawby Center. An ice machine is located in the dining room.
