Our professional conference staff, including a Certified Conference Center Professional, will help you plan your conference needs, implement your arrangements and coordinate services to ensure your event runs smoothly.

Program Resources

Other Amenities
Audio Visual Equipment
A range of audio visual and electronic equipment is available upon request with trained technical staff members available to assist as needed. Kettunen Center also has a 12-station computer lab.
Meeting Supplies
Projection screens, whiteboards, easels and lecterns can be set up in all meeting areas (no whiteboard in Ford A, however).
Wireless Internet
Wireless Internet is available throughout the center including in the main building, the Mawby Learning Center (Lakeview Room, Aspen Lodge and Birch Lodge) and Cedar Lodge.
Conference Coordinator's Office
A private office with a phone, fax machine, computer, wireless Internet and a small conference table with 6 chairs is available for conference planners to conduct business while visiting Kettunen Center.
Message Center
A telephone message center is located in the lobby by the front desk. Guests are encouraged to check the message board often during their stay. Emergency telephone message service is available 24 hours a day.
Gift Shop
A selection of Kettunen Center attire, gift ideas, and toiletries are offered, as well as change for vending machines.
Parking
On-premises lighted parking is free.
